• Move the Apple silicon macOS app to Tauri, including signed automatic updates from the existing desktop app.
• Add audio-channel selection and display multichannel waveforms on separate timeline lanes.
• Add Parakeet speech-to-text models alongside Whisper, with model importing, language selection, preloading, thread controls, and multi-file transcription.
• Move editing, project state, timeline drawing, preview planning, and export planning into the shared Nim core for faster and more consistent behavior.
• Align margin, mincut, and minclip controls to the project frame rate.
• Improve analysis caching and fix Tauri exports, media-source dragging, and number-input controls.
