• Allow setting the video encoder's preset (file size/time trade-off).
• Query and show hardware encoders on Windows/Linux.
• Add Premiere Pro (.otio) export option.
• "Export As" now follows the output name's extension (.otio, .xml, .fcpxml, .kdenlive, .mlt, .v3, or a media-file extension).
• Projects, inputs, cuts, undo history, Controls + Timeline settings, and the playhead now persist across reload/window-close, and are tracked per-project.
• Open/Save projects as .aep files via File > Open Project (Cmd/Ctrl+O) and File > Save Project (Cmd/Ctrl+S).
